Production Base

Shangpin Biotechnology's production base covers nearly 10000 square meters and is one of the earliest large-scale modern factories in China to apply for international GMPC standard certification. All production workshops adopt a 100000 level air purification and disinfection system to create a good production environment and have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification. The manufacturing center has more than 300 professional production management personnel, equipped with excellent production equipment, scientific production processes, and standard production regulations, providing consumers with safe, effective, and high-quality products.

1、 The products cover various categories and nearly a thousand series, including basic care series, special explosive product series, protective isolation series, men's care series, etc.

2、 4 specialized production workshops: with a cleanliness level of 100000, no dust, zero pollution, including workshops for washing and bathing products, skincare products, home cleaning products, and powder products.

3、 Multiple packaging production lines with a daily output of 100000 units.

Production Equipment

1、 System equipment: Pure water system, combined with reverse osmosis (RO) system and ion exchange equipment (EDI) system, produces pure water close to ultrapure water.

2、 Emulsification/liquid washing equipment: fully automatic electric heating vacuum emulsification pot, liquid washing mixing pot, polypropylene anti-corrosion mixing tank, electric heating steam boiler.

3、 Disinfection equipment: ozone machine, infrared high-temperature disinfection and sterilization machine.

4、 Filling equipment: bagging machine, vertical paste filling machine, horizontal filling machine, desktop capping machine, automatic labeling machine, belt conveyor belt, chain plate conveyor belt.
